The Covington County Leadership Program was established with the aim of nurturing personal leadership growth and cultivating advocates for Covington County. This program spans nine months and commences annually in January. Participants engage in learning sessions covering diverse subjects including Technology, Cultural Arts, Professional Ethics, and Local and County Governments.
